• Lead offshore engineering and QA teams (20+) delivering a multi-tenant operational SaaS
platform for UK civil and utility clients (Cadent Gas, Anglian Water, JNC).
• Own delivery across complex modules - job lifecycle, planning, compliance, audit & safety,
fleet & plant, materials, HR, document management, reporting, and configuration.
• Coordinate directly with Skewb management and Product Owner on roadmap, prioritisation,
and release governance; support multi-tenant SaaS and enterprise/on-premise deployments.
• Improved delivery predictability and reduced rework through structured validation and
documentation frameworks; built a reusable dynamic form-builder and offline mobile
capability used across the platform.

• Built and led a 30-40 member cross-functional engineering organisation delivering enterprise
software and digital platforms.
• Owned delivery, budgeting, cost governance, and operational planning; scaled to Rs 2.5 Cr
peak annual revenue with 20-25 billable engineers and retained accounts.
• Defined and executed product roadmaps; established release-governance frameworks that
improved predictability and reduced delivery risk.
• Led end-to-end hiring, mentoring, and capability development; delivered a field-force platform
for an ~800-person sales/service organisation in ~7 months, plus quotation, lead
management, and consumer platforms (incl. a ~1M-download Android product).

Built a SQL-backed
reporting dashboard replacing manual Excel/PPT reporting; led an ASP.NET to single-page
application modernisation with APIs; UK on-site with Capita Registrars; full SDLC across BA,
DBA, UI/UX, and architecture. Led 15 developers + 5 QA on an online travel
booking platform (.NET, C#, SQL, rule engine, integrations); plus document-repository (Dubai
client), clinic-management (WPF), and government ERP modernisation.

Led ~5 developers; delivered a college ERP (.NET,
MS SQL) and re-architected a cab-booking platform onto centralised data-centre SQL. Built ERP modules and a custom report
designer; guided a ~5-person team.
