Responsibility involves setting into motion Marketing and Business Development for a
new division of this well established firm.
* Creating new client connects for the firm for its new product divisions
* Increasing depth of business within existing clients
* Offer end to end account management. Support from the stage of quotation through
contract negotiations, aiding of all commercial transactions for the company with the
client right up till involvement with any issues on operations till final hand over of
project

Development and Publicity for this well established firm.
• Creating new client connects for the firm for all its various product divisions

• Offer End to end account management. Support from the stage of quotation through
contract negotiations, aiding of all commercial transactions for the company with the
client right up till involvement with any issues on operations till final hand over of
project.
• Build strong relationships with key Main Contractors, Consultants, Interior Designers
and appropriate clients
Contributions :
• Leveraged wide network of client associations to garner large deal wins for the
company
• Developed key business for the new division of GRP and Steel sectional tanks. Have
helped raised the business for this division from 2 mil QAR in
Internal Corporate Communications
Mandate was to handle internal corporate communications supported by a team; also
manage vendors & internal stakeholders. Remit was also on thought leadership platforms,
senior management connect, cross center connect, internal branding, client - employee
connect communication
Role involved co-ordination and approvals between internal employees, stakeholders,
senior management across all of CSS Corp’s global offices.
Role also involved launching, arranging and co-coordinating a yearly global cross platform
event at Las Vegas, USA
Marketing and Marketing Communications
Responsible for new business lead generation, development of communication collaterals
and closure of high value property sales with a focus on high net worth Indians and
NonResident Indians as target audience.
Contributions:
• Set up a substantial network of NRI’s (Non Resident Indians) and HNI’s (High Net
worth Individuals) to solicit business, Introduced various features to attract target
audience in the website and marketing tools of the Company.
• Worked on a special media plan to cover the target audience across countries
• Set up a network of business consultants to represent the Company in respective
countries and bring in orders/bookings
Marketing & Business Alliances
Responsibility involved creating and setting into motion an overall plan for Marketing,
Business Development and Publicity for the firm
• Goal was to push GRC Masters to top position in the Qatar GRC environment
• Building strong relationships with key Architects, Consultants, Interior Designers and
appropriate clients
