Maintaining cash records/expenses and closing all by the end of the day.
•Following up with customer through Phone/Mail.

•Handling the important documentations, filing and maintaining databases.

•Document Controlling and Maintaining Accurate Filing Records.
•Handling the daily guests check in and check outs Receipts and cash paid.
•Making the Local Purchase Orders and following up with the clients regarding cheques and other issues.
•Dispatching/Receiving official documents through couriers/Messengers.
•Handling all the documents to be signed by the Concerned Departments.
•Maintain files record or employee’s record for easy access anytime. Create excel format of records for checking.
•Scheduling and coordinating meetings, Interviews, Events and other similar activities.
•Effectively organizing filing system in both paper formats (hard copy) and electronic records.
•(Soft copy) indexing them in an organized manner to retrieve documents from system efficiently to handle request for later correspondences.
