Managed and controlled in-house maintenance labour force of drivers, caretakers, bus supervisors and support staff
•Conduct weekly inspection of all Fire Fighting and Safety equipment with the Security on Campus maintaining records and reports for our reference and work closely with our Third Party Contractor on all Fire & Safety issues
•Conduct monthly inspections of Canteens for Food Hygiene and prepare sample reports from Students, Staff & Parents on the quality of the food
•Conduct daily premises walkthrough with the Site Supervisor making sure all defects are taking care

•Support all of the Front of House Staff and meet weekly to discuss any issues or concerns with enrolments and any other registration problems making sure we as a Team work at resolving anything that come up
•Drew up emergency and contingency plans, including developing a fully trained attack and support team in the event of an evacuation or lock down
•Ensured all property records, surveys, plans and drawings were complete, up-to-date and stored appropriately
•Ensured the security of grounds, buildings, facilities and contents to Dubai Police & Municipality standards
