Roles and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for planning, developing and implementing human resource policies.
•Contemplate staffing logistics and take responsibility for recruiting staff for the organization.
•Contribute space and recruitment gap planning.
•Handling a team of 5 recruiters, 2 TNA specialists, 2 Admin executives and 1 HR policy assistant.
•Supply professional development of the organization’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training.
•Support employee welfare, safety, wellness and health & counselling.
•Participate, plan and create the development and implementation of policy documents and handbooks that can be referred to by employees to have a clear interpretation of the HR policies, compensation, benefits and other agreements.
•Ensure HR policy development and documentation inline with the company’s corporate vision.
•Engage in appraisal and performance management, work closely with senior management within the organization.
•Develop compensation and benefits systems that fit the company’s HR responsibilities.
•Aid the decision-making process regarding employee communication and an originator of any content sent to employees.
•Draft and prepare Job offers as per the rules and regulations of the organization and UAE labor Law.
•Prepare job description, analyze CVs, update portals regularly, invite candidates for interview, communicate with candidates, design salary proportions.
•Arrange required staff education and training sessions.
•Work closely with the employees to work on any kind of labor dispute and promote healthy labor-employee relations.
•Handle staff expectations and handle staff queries.
•Ensure staff retention and firm follow-up with the existing staffs on feedback and service enhancement.
•Understand the staff requirements and policies of the organization.
•Provide Training and prepare Training Need Analysis Chart and training module.
•Liaison with the top management and the front sales team, to bridge any gap between the staff’s expectation and the final result.
•Proactively solve and update any staff complaint within the given TAT.
•Provide updated information to the staffs.
•Writing job description, Analyzing CVs, updating portals regularly, inviting candidates for interview, communicating with candidates.
•Working on different job sites and other possible recruitment sources to pull out quality and relevant CVs.
•Candidate assessment, interviewing of candidates etc
