• Maintaining a comprehensive current register of Bids and forthcoming tender processes.

• Ensures the reception of comprehensive data of Halul terminal. Carries out data updates and validations, ensures that daily updating process is well and promptly completed.
• Prepares and compiles daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Verifies non-reconciled daily production figures on a monthly basis and post reconciled figures in SAP.
• Participates in calculating Volume Correction Factor (VCF) at month end and uploads data in SAP.
• Maintains / updates documents filing and timely retrieving system as per ISO guidelines and procedures in EDMS and shared drives.
• Screens and routes all incoming documentations including letters, memoranda, faxes and reports.
• During the temporary absence / annual leave of the Planning Engineer, initiates all actions required as instructed by the Senior Planning Engineer and pass it to all the Division's Staff as required.
