Station Line up, startup, shut down are carried out without LTI.
•I ensured daily Well head operations and gas lift optimization
•Ensured Well testing and routine well sampling and analysis for BS&W
•Carrying out well head valve integrity testing. Valve Leak test,
•De-sanding and sand blasting duties and statutory inspection/relief valve change out and re-certification.
•Optimization of emulsion breaking chemicals.
•Raising and progressing work request on SAP.
•Oil saver pit operations and maintenance.
•Supervise and monitor well workover, completion and well intervention work.
•Operate water treatment plant for effective operations.
•Line Up, start up and shut down of the water treatment plant.
•Takes samples of water and oil for lab analysis for water salinity, alkalinity.
•Send treated water to GGS via water injection manifold @ 52KG/cm2.
•I ensured monthly APM data collection and entry.
•I ensured OPSWIT are carried out and recorded in e-WIMS
•I ensured MER test are carried out and entered in EC.
