Electrical maintenance engineer in meltshop. 2008-2013
Maintenance experience:
• As a Maintenance Engineer co-ordinate with other upstream and downstream departments to fulfill the priority requirements of the customer. Carried all Maintenance and Shift duty with Safety and planned manner.
• Having knowledge in maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/DC drives, HT & LT motors and its control centers (MCC), electrical switchgears, PLC hands on experience, VCB maint. And analysis experience, 260T EOT cranes experience.
• As a shift person faced the problems & other aspect without any conflicts between other root departments to achieve the maximum production as per management goals within the specified time.
• Scope of work included shift maintenance activities of melt shop equipments & Breakdown, Predictive & Preventive maintenance.
• Keen Understanding of Manufacturing excellence activity (QC and FMEA) and TPM, 5’S, 6 sigma.
• Having knowledge of SAP system and computer.
• Working Areas as electrical engineer:-
• (a) Electric Arc furnace (b) ladle furnace (c) fume treatment plant (d) EOT Cranes (e) VD/VOD system (f) RH system (g) Material feeding System.
