Job Profile/Responsibility:
Effective planning for achieving sales targets and acquiring new Retail & High net-worth client.Maximizing customer satisfaction and generate revenue through trading.
• Manage relationships of an existing portfolio of clients to up-sell and cross-sell different products of the bank with main focus on Wealth.
• Acquires new customers through active referrals from clients in existing portfolio and self generated leads and thereafter adds these clients to his/her existing portfolio for future cross sell.
• Implements client engagement programs with a view to ensure top of mind recall for clients in his/her portfolio.
• Easily establish relationship with customers and build a rapport.
• Relate well to different types of customers and adapt his/her style to ensure that the customer is comfortable with the Bank.
• Is able to ins-til confidence in the customer on providing financial advice related to investments, insurance, simple banking transactions.
• Maintenance highest order of honesty, transparency and integrity in all his actions.
Relationship Manager-Direct Sales & Distribution
Job Profile/Responsibility:
1) Customer Acquisition / Sales Target:
Handling 3 in 1 account with SCB branch network & open market (agent & dsa).
Achieve targets for Sales, Revenue and Profitability thought with the third party product.
2) Customer Service and Activation
Interacting with the existing clients in the SCB branch and generate the revenue or brokerage.
Providing redressed to all their queries, complains, development, advice for long term and short term investments & handling all clients relation activities.
3) Team Handling:
Handling a sales team of more than 05 members
Directly responsible to achieve the team sales objective.
Close co-ordination with HNI & PREORITY Banking team (SCB BRANCH)
Evaluation of sales MIS on daily basis.
Business Banking Executive-Small Medium Enterprises
Job Profile
o Responsible for Individual sourcing Smart Business Loan(up to 2.5 Lack and achieving MoM targets.
o Providing redressed to all their queries & handling all clients relation activities.
o Coordinating & handling with DSA/DMA and business associate of the Bank and sending the Pendencies and laid down sales process by Call Reports preparation and Daily Sales Report preparation.
o Credit note preparation & to regularly co-ordinate with Credit & Ops team, Documentation pre-disbursement and post disbursement, and cordinating with sales team for getting the pendencies resolved.
o Look forword credit transection on daily basis
