• Attend to all calls coming from the line operator, vessel operator and to all inquiries about the vessel and container which is in progress.
• Updating Discharge Load and Restow List provided by line or agents in CONTAINER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) GTL in-house program.
• Designing Discharge - Loading profile layout for the vessels arriving in port.
• Generate all reports after vessel completion for records & accounts purposes.
• Coordination with other section for fast and precise operation.
• Performed any other task as when required by the Supervisor/immediate boss.
• Problem solving on various terminal related operations issues, work under high pressure, etc.
• Excellent knowledge in gate in and gate out procedures.
• Co-ordinate with the shipping agents and lines regarding issues and giving
better services as per the requirement.
