• Managed operations of two primary fleets, the Boeing 777 and Airbus 380, serving over 150 destinations while delivering exceptional Emirates hospitality - recognized as the 2024 APEX World Class Airline - to business class passengers, VIPs, and members of the UAE royal families.

• Effectively enforced General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) regulations and company safety protocols, ensuring the highest level of safety and security through profound pre-flight checks and emergency procedure briefings.

• Drafted the course syllabus and held office hours to assist with course materials by providing academic guidance.
