Description:
This CRM project has been initiated as a part of the KPI retirement strategy for GlobEx SmartPost (GXSP) and a part of the Next Gen Pre Adoption for GlobEx Global Supply Chain Services (GGSCS) .The project has been initiated with the purpose of replacing legacy systems but also as a proof of concept for the Next Gen sales tools being developed in Sales Planning.
The Scope of this project is to develop web application that includes Sales Force Automation and generating Reports.
Responsibilities:
➢ Developing Web application based on MVC Design Pattern using Action classes and Action Forms of Struts Framework.
➢ Developing JSP (view) pages for GUI by using Struts Tags libraries and Tiles Framework.
➢ Make both Server side and Client Side validations by using Struts Validator Framework.
➢ Creating the DAO's and Persistent classes to process the database requests by using Hibernate.
➢ Configured the Hibernate Mapping files for mapping the domain objects to the database tables and their corresponding properties to the table columns.
➢ The application is developed on Eclipse and deployed to the Web Logic application server.

Description:
Microfinance is the provision of a broad range of financial services such as deposits, loans, payment services, money transfers, and insurance to poor and low-income households and, their microenterprises Microfinance services are provided by three types of sources: Formal institutions, such as rural banks and cooperatives; Semiformal institutions, such as nongovernment organization and Informal sources such as money lenders and shopkeepers.
Responsibilities: ➢ Involved in understanding and analysing the requirements, and development of various modules in different releases.
➢ Analyzing and solving all technical problem faced by team.
➢ Handling of change requests for a module and co-ordinate with onsite to understand the requirements.
➢ Analysis to define requirements and functionality definitions
