∑ Productivity Counseling.
∑ Responsible for production increase every month
∑ Development of new motivation techniques to increase production and accuracy.
∑ Proven strengths in quickly learning new processes, technologies and machinery.
∑ Production Planning and Control:
∑ Monitoring, Controlling and Planning operations of Terry Towel Division .
∑ Involved in Production processes from the very first step to the last until the product comes at the
finished products floor.
∑ Managing production planning for marketing ensuring timely delivery of the product.
∑ Planning time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating actual progress, forecasting weekly
& monthly resource requirements etc.
∑ Monitoring/discussing production status; reviewing during the course of project review meetings
with the status of Materials supply & Subcontracts progress.
∑ Prepare Monthly Reports for management reviews.
∑ Monitoring/discussing About TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
