Duties and Responsibilities:
• Receives instructions, prints, and work orders for the job. Plans details of working
procedure and makes lists of required tools and materials.
• Fabricates and installs piping/tubing systems for a variety of operations including
building/site steam and condensate, air and nitrogen supplies, RO/DI water, low and high
pressure reactor systems, cylinder gas manifolds and delivery systems, etc.
• Works directly with facility engineer, construction manager and/or planner to offer
suggestions on potential equipment design or fabrication technique improvements.
• Installs and maintains various pipe systems. Water, steam, air, chemical supply and
process piping.
• Maintain typical utility systems.

Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint
specifications, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
➢ Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
➢ Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and
subassemblies.
➢ Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
➢ Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; ➢
Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
➢ Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and
regulations.
