• Preparation of BBS.
• Daily site inspection with Sr. Project Manager.
• Maintaining reconciliation reports.
• Maintaining checklists of all construction and related activities.
• Liaison with architect, structural consultant, plumbing consultant and electrical consultant.
• Maintaining all documents required as per ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management Systems for Control of Construction Activities.
• Coordinating with QA/QC department for quality requirements of the project.
• Reporting project completion status to General Manager (Projects).
• Liaison with different contractors for efficient work progress.
• Ensuring that design specifications and safety standards are met on the project site.

• Surveying and establish reference points and elevations to guide construction.
• Preparing blueprint as well as maps and plans.
• Checking contractor bill quantities.
• Preparing and forwarding material requirements to purchase department.
• In-charge of Landscape works.
• Retrofitting of structures.
• Controlling and resolving any technical issues in buildings(structural/functional).
• Involved in conducting Quality Control/Quality Assurance training programs conducted for staffs and various agencies involved in project.
• Involved in coordinating top level management visit of the site.
