Duties and Responsibilities
• Review and approve materials submittals / shop drawings / Coordination drawings / Builder’s work / Method statement for all Mechanical activities as per project specifications.
• Ensure that project execution at site is as per approved materials, Approved shop drawings, Authority regulations and as per contract documents.
• Attending site inspections, Material inspections and Coordination with all parties (MEP, Architectural, Structural, Contracts and Follow-up Dept.).
• Attending all issues by coordination meetings and technical meetings with Contractor and client.
• Improving quality of works by Issuing Field Instructions, NCRs, Letters and Reply to all Contractor’s queries & RFIs.
• Manage and Control variations related to changes that might come as per Client request, Authorities or as per site condition & requirements.
• Preparing final project snagging and DE snagging for Contractor’s action.
• Checking and reviewing Handing Over documents such as O&M Manual, as built drawings, Warranties.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparing and submitting material submittals, sample submittals, shop drawings, Builder’s work, Coordination drawings, Installation method statements.
• Monitoring all inspections for all the mechanical activities done by our QC with consultant.
• Follow the material log and shop drawing log for the project as per planned schedule.
• Follow up with purchase department for delivery of all Equipment’s and other materials as per LPO.
• Dealing with Consultant for any technical queries through RFIs relating to the MEP works.
• Preparing details for variations of mechanical activities.
• Liase with subcontractor for Mechanical works and adhere with contractor’s construction schedule.
• Attend project, site progress and any mechanical services related technical meetings.
• Preparing testing & commissioning methods, schedule and execution as per project standard.
• Actions for snags issued by consultant.
• Preparing Handing Over documents such as O&M Manual, as built drawings.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing the list of materials for procuring and follow up.
• Follow up with the suppliers.
• Assigned projects and tasks to employees based on their competencies and specialties.
• Accurately provided status information on project progress to the project management.
