Provide analysis and recommendations on contractual claims, especially on
client-driven change for cost and time benefit.
- Ensure that company would properly make its claim against any delay in
the Project.
- Ensure that everything is recorded appropriately for a
more systematic Claim.
Responsible for the development and implementation of cost control
programs, preparation of budget forecast reports and cash flow reports
required for the Project.
- Ensure to update the Management on the status of the Project's financial
aspect whenever needed that can be used as a guide in decision-making.
Check and monitor the application of funds available for the project cash
flow, cost analysis, variation orders, payments and other significant financial
factors to ensure that monetary flow aligns with the budget.
Arrange and prepare monthly progress billing for the client to ensure timely
payment on work delivered.
Supervise and monitor the performance of subordinates to ensure that the
work delivered is effective and dependable.

Implementing detailed study of BOQ, Technical Specifications & incorporated various factors coming out of contracts
Collating final estimate package and analysing competed estimates including benchmarking against similar competed projects

• Assist in certifying the works carried out by the contractor and as desired by the resident Engineer.
• Maintain and Control the measurement filing system including the logging and filing of the RFI.
• Assist in valuation of variations orders, preparation of the site instructions and evaluation of the subcontractor claims.
• Checking the Subcontractor interim monthly payment certificates.
• Undertaking the cost analysis for repair and maintenance works.
• Reporting to Sr. Engineer
• Setting out, levelling and Surveying the site.
• Checking the plans drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculation.
• Ensuring the materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
• Day to Day Management at site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work for any subcontractors.
