DESIGNATION: E & I ENGINEER
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Sound knowledge about Erection, Commissioning and Operation & Maintenance of Power Plant
• Familiar with Hi-pot, Meggering of Power, Control, Instrument & Communication
• Hands on Erection, Calibration, Testing & Pre-Commissioning of Field Instruments.
• Installation of Instrument Box, Rack, Junction Box, Lighting DB.
• Installation of Instrument Tubing 6mm, 12 mm 316SS type as per Hook-up drawing.
• Mainly Involved in Steam Turbine (TSI) all Instrument Erection & Pre-Commissioning like Thermocouple, Thermometer, RTD’s, Vibration Sensors, Speed Pickup sensors as per P&ID & GE’s DRAWING.
• Installation & Calibration of Instrument like TT, TI, PT, PDT, PI, FT, LT, LS & LI
• Prepare check sheet for all instruments.
• Prepare Insulation Resistance Test reports for cables & motors.
• Installation of All kinds of Lighting, Small Power & Communication Systems. This includes Telephone, Intercom, and Public Address System & Clock System.
• All types of Power & Communication cable laying, Glanding & termination.
• Coordinating with client for erection of electrical equipment’s
• Cable tray work as per drawing.
• Hands on Calibrators like Hart 475 & 375, DPI 610.
• Familiar with Hi-pot, Meggering. Fiber Optic Cable testing with Fluke Tester.
• Plant Cable tray erection, Cable laying (M.V, L.V, Control, Instrument & Communication), and Cable termination.
• Installing Plant lighting system, direct control over plant embedded conduit work for Lighting, Power & telecom.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• Worked on ABB AC 450, AC 160 Controllers, and S800 I/O’s Module, AF100, MODBUS, MB300, Aspect Server, Connectivity Server etc.
• Marshaling Wiring, I/O’s Module Wiring, MODBUS, Power Supply etc.
• INDUSTRIAL IT 800xA SOFWARE FOR Process Graphic display of CONTROLLER AC 450 Version 5.1.
• Data Base modification as per client requirement in Function Chart Builder (FCB) Version *6.2/1 & Online Builder Version *3.1/1.
• Creating Process Graphics using Industrial IT 800xA S/W by analyzing P&ID.
• Graphic modification as per client requirement in Industrial IT800xA Graphic Builder.
• Set Point changes in Online Builder as per client requirement.
• Programming & PFUP’s modification in Function chart builder & Online Builder.

• Working knowledge of Modbus Communication from PLC to DCS with Phoenix Media Convertor. (RS485 TO RS232, FIBER OPTIC TO TCP/IP (RS232).
• Working knowledge of Instruments like Rosemount, ABB Temperature, Pressure, Level, Flow transmitter, Rotork & Drehmo ON/OFF Valve.
• Arrange MEW Inspection as per Drawing details & MEW requirement.

PROJECT NAME: AZ-ZOUR South RO DESALINATION PLANT WITH RECARBONATION SYSTEM, WITH O&M SERVICES of Ministry of Electricity & Water Kuwait (30MIGPD) from 1 Nov. 2012 to Feb. 2013.
DESIGNATION: E & I ENGINEER
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY:
• As an Electrical Engineer I am responsible for all site electrical work related to Our Scope.
• Installation of All kinds of Lighting, Small Power & Communication Systems. This includes Lighting & Small Power, Telephone, Intercom, and Public Address System & Clock System.
• All types of Power & Communication cable laying, Glanding & termination.
• All types of Distribution Board, LAN cabinet, Clock Cabinet & all Communication JB Installation & termination.
• Installation of Lighting Poles of Height 8 & 10mtrs.
• Make Daily Progress Report of work.
• Work as per Electrical Lighting, Power Layouts, ELV (Telephone Network), General Arrangement, DB Schedule Drawing etc.
• Work as per General Arrangement of Equipment, Cable tray, Cable List etc.
• Identify requirements and scope of work; review specifications and Data Sheets, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), Control Wiring Diagrams, Control logics.
• Review Area Classification Drawings and other relevant documents. Establish contract review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal through the initiation of technical queries to projects/client.
• Identify and quantify total number of engineering deliverables, man hour allocation and format of delivery, the most optimum work route, time schedules and other requirements for execution of the work.
• Identify a clear scope of work/supply and accordingly plan/schedule the engineering activities and manpower resource.
•• Work as per P & ID, Hook up, General Arrangement of Equipment, Cable tray, Cable List Instrument drawing etc.
• Loop Checking with SCADA system from Marshaling to CCR as well as Field to CCR.

• Calibrate & Commissioned Instruments in the field as per drawing & site conditions.
• Review Area Classification Drawings and other relevant documents. Establish contract review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal through the initiation of technical queries to projects/client.

• Working knowledge of LUX meter, Meggering of Cable, Universal Calibrator for Instrument Calibration in Laboratory.
Erection & Commissioning of Muratec Autocorner machine.
2. Installation & Commissioning of various Project At Gujarat Ambuja Cement Ltd. Ropad Punjab, DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd. Kota (Raj.).
3. Experienced with Muratha, Savio Orion, and Espro textile machine & brief knowledge of Drives as an Electronic Engineer.
