Further briefed senior lawyers as per requirement with deep study and research of case laws and applications thereto.
Handled related criminal litigations, cheating and fraud relating to Debt recovery, property transaction and Labour disputes.
Rendered legal opinions relating to possession and title of the property in concern to disbursement of loan, therein excellently conducted title search and due diligence work thereof. Further drafted different type of agreements relating home loan, vehicle loan, sale and lease of immovable properties, Power of Attorney etc. Different type of construction agreements between builder and the owner of the property as well as the prospective buyer.
