Involved in the Development activity of the Structural Components, Integrating the Vendor as per the Design Requirements and fulfilling the Marketing and Product Verification requirement.
Working with marketing to understand the customer requirement
Working on the ambitious Indian tractor Project, development of the whole operator station-Ergonomics, Operating Mechanism and styling area, Leading the team for the same-4 People.
Integration of the Operating mechanism for the clutch system, brakes system, Throttle lever with Transmission and Engine
Ergonomics of the tractor and layout of the vehicle for visibility, and clearing the Homologation activity of same as per ISO standards.
Design of Plastic parts such as Instrument panel and Bezel for the Tractors.
Working with Henry Dryfeuss associates, styling field and Human ergonomics
development of mannequin and checking the operator controls for the tractor.
Development of the Hood and BIW related components with mechanism for Hinging and opening mechanism at the Fuel area, and at the same time keeping total cost estimate for the same.
Getting the styling approved by the concerned agencies also with the Top management, as per the family definitions.
Program Management of the Tractor model for the Export, from creating the business case to continuous improvement, completing the project through defined Enterprise Product development Program doing the Mule build, Electronic Build and Financials of the tractor and getting approved from top management.
