Provide leadership in the development, design, and coordination of graphic design projects i.e. Creative PowerPoint slides, Flash presentation, Annual Reports, Logo, Brochures, Infographics and formatting support on proposals.
Responsible for creative development of the Proposals by creating cover pages and Proposal template as per the Proposals requirements (RFP) and brainstorm creative concepts with creative team to best execute an existing or new projects with Innovative and Interactive Infographics.
Provide Branding expertise to Proposal writers, Senior Management and provide inputs on presenting the matter more creatively and professionally and Monitor every step of brand execution to ensure adherence to guidelines.

Lead the team in quarterly brand calls and deliver brand customer interaction to clients and team about the change in guidelines and procedures.
Manage workflow of creative department consisting of 6 graphics designers and Provide weekly reports to Management on Projected deliverables and Time utilization
