Checking dimensionally & visually receipt material (Thickness, Blank Size, burr etc)
Checking inprocess & final dispatch components of all dimensions, visually & geometrical in as per drawing. Use of Verniercaliper, Micrometer, Height gauge, etc.
Also knowledge in ISO / TS 16949:2009 & improve quality.
Taking feedback from customer for under developments parts for process approval.
Handling thePPAP document and QC document as per-dispatch, Quality plan, Raw material test certificate.
Make for process plan & draw refer customer drawing use for Production.
Responsible for maintaining quality records of the department.
To control, calibrate and maintain monitoring and measuring devices.
Responsible for action on customer complaints and submit the action plan to customer in 8D/SCAR format.
Improve the supplier quality.
Maintaining operational safety in plant.
To checking and Monitoring Inprocessall the defect on the alternator from assembly line and EOL.
First piece inspection&Check the Start up sheet.
Monitor 5S in working area
Inprocess Rejection& finish part Rejection monitoring .
100 % inspection of AlternatorAssembley by following pointsandparameters .
Noise like (Bur, Regulator, Paper, Rotor Jam, Pulley slow etc).
Checking front and rear bracket assembly.
B+ Terminal and Lamp connections.
Pulley damage and pulley cab checking and Rotor Running smoothly or not?
If any of the defect we find we will send job to the rework station.
