Marafiq is at the center of providing integrated utility services to all sectors in the Industrial Cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Preparing of Transformer Oil and Lube Oil Monthly Schedule.
• Performing of Transformer Oil, Lube Oil, Fuels, Ash & Water Analysis.
• Preparing and Reviewing Test Reports.
• Performing Instrument calibration and Validations
• Handling of Internal & External Audits.
• Preparation of Chemicals Consumable Stock List.
• Preparation & Maintaining of Documents and Records with respect to ISO-9001, ISO-18001 and ISO-17025.
• Ensuring House Keeping with respect to 5-S techniques for maintaining very appropriate and arranged in proper way to keep of records and documents.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of test equipment's.
• Kept laboratory in compliance with regulatory standards. Tests to be performed(For Transformer Oil): Color, Oil Density, Kinematic Viscosity, Interfacial Tension(IFT), Flash Point, Pour Point, Neutralization Value, Breakdown Voltage, Specific Resistance, Oil Tan Delta, Moisture Content, Corossive Sulphur, Ageing Characterristics, Oxidation Stability, Covered Copper Deposition (CCD), Oil DGA(Agilent), Furanic Compounds (HPLC), SF6, Particle Count and Stray Gases Etc. Tests to be performed(For Lube & EHC Oils): Color, Oil Density, Kinematic Viscosity, Total Acid Number(TAN), Moisture Content, Particle Count, Oil Centrifuge and Crackle Test, Etc. Tests to be performed(For Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO) & Light Fuel Oil (LFO): Density, Kinematic Viscosity(Reverse Flow), Sulfur Content, Sediments by Centrifuge, Ash Content, Asphaltine Content, Sediments by Extraction (Insoluble nHeptane) and Heat Of Combusion( Calorific Value or Heating Value). Water Analysis (Samples from Desalination plant, Power plant, CO2 plant, Hypo chlorination plant, potable water samples and bulk chemicals.): pH, Conductivity, TDS, Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Calcium, Magnesium, R-Cl2, ClO2, Turbidity, Chloride, Iron, Copper,
Sodium, Potassium, Phosphate, Hydrazine, MEA, KMnO4, H2SO4, NaOH, H2 & CO2, Dissolved oxygen, etc. Handling of Sophisticated Equipments like Agilent(DGA&SF6), Shimadzu(HPLC), Titrando Potentiometer(TAN), HACH (Particle Count), BAUR (BDV & Restivity, Tan Delta), Spectrophotometer (DR 6000), pH & Conductivity meter, Turbidity meter, Horiba Oil in water analyzer, Atomic Absorbtion Spectrometer (Thermo & Shimadzu), H2 & CO2 Analyzer, Dissolved Oxygen Analyzer, Etc.
