1. Implementing (PSSR) Personal Safety & Social Responsibilities in the mind of employee
2. Monitor the prevailing working conditions and ensure safe working practices in the company
3. Attending the HSE meetings and provide technical support related to HSE issues
4. Assist facilities in complying with all safety and health regulation and company’s guideline
5. Maintains and implements the site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) plan, Firefighting plan, Emergency evacuation plan.
6. Conduct the monthly site safety meeting and prepares monthly safety meeting topics, conducts monthly Fire, First Aid and Emergency evacuation drills
7. Understanding all aspects of PTW (Permit to Work) function including job risk assessment and isolation risk assessment.
8. Follow up on work permit systems and inspections, planning safety arrangement for Erection work
9. Maintaining general information report, Hazard condition & other requirements like equipment needs for First Aid, PPE’s etc..
10. Investigation of all Accidents, Incidents / Near misses / spills / Fire to find the root cause and recommends corrective actions
1. Developing and preparing HSE plans, procedure and reviewing annually
2. Representing the organization in various HSE meeting
3. Organizing safety induction for new employees
4. Preparing JSA for the work activities
5. Use effective strategies to minimize risks
6. Safe work permit system developing, training and implementing
Environment control and management
7. Waste management
8. Hazard identification and risk assessment
9. Incident and Accident reporting and investigation
10. Conducting daily safety inspection and monthly safety audit reports
11. Guide Assistant Safety officer & Safety Supervisor
