•Administration: Responsible for the day-to-day general administration of the organization, assisting the Chief Executive and supporting management team. Prepares correspondence for CEO review & signature. Issuing company letters, Handling Flight & hotel bookings, Visa coordination and Resource management. Coordination in company meetings, events, seminars, workshops, conferences, and in-service training sessions or related activities. Produce reports for management as and when required.
•Recruitment, HR & Training: Recruitment through Advt., walk-in, Consultancies, Internal references. Hunting specialized candidates, Conducting interviews and skill test and short listing, co-ordination, scheduling. Arranging interviews for the selected senior candidates. Preparing job offers, employment contracts, follow up the recruitment procedure of selected candidates. Employee appointment formalities, salary negotiation. Organize & conduct induction for new starters to include training log, induction manual, employee handbook & copy of Job Profile. HR: Maintaining, updating & monitoring database, Personal file tracking, Attendance, leave records. Updating & processing payroll package in HR software. Performance appraisals administration, collecting feedback from staff and line managers and assisting Manager in analysis. Performance document masters & uploads employee skills profile. Training: Coordinating, arranging training sessions and selecting candidates with department heads & training manager. Issue training packs for employees going on training; create personal training files for freshers. Training feedback & evaluation. Compile post evaluation summary and forward to relevant departments on a monthly and quarterly basis. Employee Relations: Conducting exit interviews, monitoring significant trends and highlighting these to the relevant line managers, respond to queries about HR issues. Coordinate with concerned authorities related to staff grievances as per the policy & procedure. Preparing response letters to the above.
•Database Management: Maintaining the HR database, updating records, producing reports and managing the support of the recruitment function.
•Client Servicing & Account Management: Handling existing client accounts and servicing their orders. Working on requirements from the client, discuss the vacancy in detail in order to form a search brief Interview and assess all levels of candidates. Delivering on senior and middle level assignments through identification of candidates via the database / Job portals/ response to advertisements or through Search.
•Screening & Profile Assessment - Screening, short listing and interviewing the candidates and ensure they meet the client’s specifications before presenting. To discuss the role in detail with the screened candidate and thereafter conduct the testing and assessment for the candidates which in turn helps the client in systematic selection.
•Salary Negotiation: Handling salary negotiations between the candidate ensuring the interest of both client and the candidate.
•Training: Deliver software (Database)/portal training for new recruiters as directed.
•Interviewing and Selection: of the junior / Sr. consultants within the organization.
•Interview and assess all levels of candidates
•Check the job application form and ensure that related skill tests applicable are conducted. Reference check for the selected candidates. Advise candidates on their resumes, job application forms, interviews and career opportunities.
•Explain & attend to the candidates queries about BAC’s recruitment procedure

•Coordinating employee performance appraisals, Coordinating & arranging training programs, & feedback. Maintaining employee records & information leave records, supporting payroll activities in making pay slips & preparing leave schedule, updating & processing payroll package, compensation & wage structure. Arranging exit interviews, feedback, & evaluation
•Maintaining client relationships & contribution to team effort. Carrying out all administration related work.
Assisting concerned Sr. Lawyers on various cases.
Assisting in implementation of Civil & Industrial laws,
Co-ordination with Co-Lawyers.
Preparing various agreements and legal documents.
