Primary objective of the role is to meet the assigned Domestic Client Requirements by delivering them the Right Candidates for different sectors of the companies, making the optimal use of Different sources like Job Portals & social Networking sites. Major clients - BPO's like IBM, WIPRO, HSBC, HCL, GENPAT & Sutherland Global Services, IT's and other sectors

Key Responsibilities: * Short listing candidates and calling them up for interviews
* Conducting telephonic interviews
* Calling up prospective candidates
* Taking preliminary round of interview
* Completing the target set by the company.
* Develop "best-of-breed" sourcing strategies, utilizing an optimal combination of job boards, databases and response management, to source resumes
* Source candidates from different Job boards (Naukri, Timesjob and Monster etc.), internal databases (Walkins and references), and sometimes through Networking sites like LinkedIn and Facebook
* Ensure regular communication with client to track submitted candidate progress to role completion
* Coordinating and participating in job drives and organised job fairs in association with Engineering colleges.
* Being an industry expert by developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the client's business areas, marketplace and other customer needs.
* Working within predefined recruitment process while monitoring that process to identify and recommend areas for improvement to ensure best practices at all times.
* Identifying new methods and approaches for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads, develop and implement comprehensive search strategies for specific requisition action planning with recruitment team.
* Utilizing applicant tracking system in excel sheet to effectively accomplish and document assigned responsibilities accurately and within a timely fashion including keeping applicant and candidate files up to date and complete.
* Using detailed screening and selection criteria to identify qualified candidates and determine the relevant strength of the candidates in the pool.
* Proactively build and foster continuous networking and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates, client and internal channels and executing a personal time management plan.
