Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures for RO membranes to
remove scaling, fouling, and biofilm
Monitor and adjust chemical feed rates to ensure optimal water
quality and regulatory compliance.
Conduct routine water quality tests (pH, TDS, chlorine levels) to
verify dosing effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze water quality parameters, including pH,
TDS, conductivity, turbidity, chlorine, alkalinity, and hardness.
Operate and monitor RO water treatment systems to ensure
efficient performance.
Control pumps, valves, and filtration units to regulate water flow
and pressure.
Monitor and adjust load levels by performing load top-up and
load down operations based on real-time system demands and
performance criteria.
Operate and monitor plant systems in accordance with mass
balance principles to ensure accurate material flow and process
efficiency.
Troubleshoot operational issues by analyzing mass balance
deviations and make adjustments to maintain operational
stability.
