Responsibility: - Independent handling of Day to day Electrical and Mechanical maintenance works.
Maintenance and rectification of problems as well as root cause analysis of frequently coming problems and their solution of following equipment;
a)HT and LT equipment:- 40 MVA sub-station, transformers up-to 20MVA, 4.3 MVAR Capacitor bank and harmonic filters, AVR 1600KVA, Rectifier- transformer, 33kv SF6 Circuit breakers, 11kv vacuum and oil circuit breaker, air circuit breaker, MCCB, SFU, PCC and MCC panels, 1000KVA DG sets, PLC, AC drives and Motors 1 Hp to 250 hp.
b) Special purpose machine:-Extrusion machine, weighing scale and batching system, Raymond roller mill, tiger mill, CNC, lath and turning machine.
c) Pneumatic and hydraulic system:-hydraulic and pneumatic pump, vacuum pump, compressors.
d) Heating equipments:-Boilers (2 ton), Oil/gas Furnaces, Electric furnaces, tunnel kiln, Thermo fluid heater, hot gas generator
e) Milling system and dust collector:-bucket elevators, screw conveyors, screener, cyclone and bag filter type dust collectors, ETP.
f) Material handling system:-Overhead cranes, sling offer, Demco and macowbar (furnace bed loading/unloading m/c)
g)Trouble shooting and calibration of sensors, proximity switches and controllers
h) Cooling tower and water pumps.
i) Operation and general maintenance of different types of machine at our plant
• Spare parts management and raising the purchase requisition of electrical equipment (as per IEC and IS standard )
• Man power handling, MTTR, MTBF report preparing.
• Preparing Schedule and Check List for preventive maintenance of all equipments.
• Attending & rectifying the major breakdowns and Attending daily maintenance work.
• Handling and maintaining of documents of ISO - 9001 -2008
