To deliver a large CCTV Project for ADEC covering 73 schools. Managing multiple vendors. Providing Status Reports to Senior Management.
Provide PMO Support to the Project Delivery Team for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
My role was to help develop and maintain the detailed project schedule on MSP.
To maintain the Issues Log, Risks Log and CR Log.
To consolidate and present the weekly / monthly project status report to management.
Responsible for providing Project Management Support Services to a team of 6 Project Managers.
Planning, Tracking and Reporting Project Schedules; a master schedule and a rolling wave schedule to senior management and client (ETISALAT)
Supporting Resource Management activities such as on-boarding, off-boarding and aligning resource requirements with current schedule.
Part of the PMO Office to do the following:-
1. Create Project Managment Standards Templates & Processes.
2. Disseminate the Standards
3. Provide support to Project Managers in applying them
4. Conduct Health Checks on Projects
5. Conduct Phase Exit Meetings
6. Provide Monthly Managment Reports on Project / Program Status
7. Custodian of PM Assets
