Olam International is a leading agri-business operating from seed to shelf in 70 countries, supplying food and industrial raw materials to over 16, 200 customers worldwide. Our team of 62, 500 employees has built a leadership position in many businesses including cocoa, coffee, cashew, rice and cotton.
Principal Role: Associate Consultant in Accounting, Finance and Tax Department. Cooper Fitch is the new name for Morgan McKinley in the MENA region, after Trefor Murphy and the leadership team purchased the business from Morgan McKinley Group.
• Proactively source and engage external talent (global and local) using a wide variety of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn, database, job boards, Boolean searching, headhunting, social media, Cooper Fitch regional and global network and other channels as appropriate.
• Evaluate, screen, profile and short-list the candidates for their respective positions.
• Prepare and maintain all the job advertisements portals up to date, so as to ensure that the advertisements are in line and as per company's guidelines.
• Review a high volume of CV’s belonging to different campaigns and selecting those, which are relevant for either registration or for a specific job.
• Leverage social media to attract and engage talent and keep up to date with current sourcing best practices and innovative techniques.
• Build candidate pipelines for current & future staffing needs.
• Conduct reference checks on selected candidates as and when necessary.
• Successful delivery of KPI targets which consists of Weekly and Monthly KPIs’.
1. Seized academic and practical knowledge in work specialization, departmentalization, chain of command, span of control, centralization and identified common organizational designs in place.
2. Validated existing data for Organograms, recommendations on new design options; and once approvals were received, implemented the new designs.
3. Conducted phone interviews with potential candidates for EMAAR.
4. Consolidated a list of active employees from January 2014 to June 2015 using Micro-strategy.

3. Professionally networked with new investors by appearing in customer meetings to introduce Third Quarter and Fourth Quarter prototypes.
4. Created several key elements in sales and financial strategies. Involved in developing a personal-finance curriculum, which included budgeting, and investing.
5. Networked and collaborated with a number of Chinese vendors to produce a golden sample with certified localized mobile operators. Tested software and hardware along with a team of engineers. Direct report to the Head of the Department.
