Key Result Areas: Approving monitoring & managing credit risk across the retail market business by maintaining a credit risk management framework Adhering to the bank/market standards for developing and delivering of the group credit risk policy standards Conducting descriptive statistics and statistical analysis on variables for analytical processes to generate reports Preparing financial projections of the business on the basis of the past financial track record of the business and taking into merit the future growth/ expansion plans of the business Following the process / procedure of the bank & ensuring compliance to rules and regulations of bank including latest circulars & notifications Analyzing credit risk areas requiring updation and improvements in risk management framework for new products Scrutinizing project for automation of credit facility management system, risk department centralization, country risk exposure, exposure management and automated data flow for the bank Collaborating with Relationship Manager on credit issues and ensuring quick turnaround on queries Ensuring to reducing the TAT for sanction of fresh cases with effective planning, liaising, co-ordination across multiple teams and customers Confirming timely and accurate submission of control returns / other regulatory data as well as preparation of internal MIS report Enhancing SAS/Teradata & UNIX programme and providing data listing for the same by accessing & managing financial data, developing Analyzing, studying & summarizing data for extracting useful information which would help in strategic decision-making & planning for managing data analysis Leading a team of 3 personnel involves in knowledge transition of processes Entering the data to the client environment (Oracle / Nucleus DB or SAS datasets) which encompasses resolving any run time issues occurring in SAS / SQL codes Conducting training to team members on technical skills like SAS and UNIX
