Responsibilities & Technical Experience :
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications including servers.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults /or escalate to supplier or partner organizations as required
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Manage employees’ accounts & Emails on domain and exchange server.
- Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key suppliers, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.
- Control of the IT budget
Responsibilities & Technical Experience: Providing IT service 1st level of infrastructure support with agreed service levels (SLA) as following:
- Server Administrator: Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, DFS, NFS, File & Print Server and FTP.
- Support LANs, intranet systems, network segments, WAN and Internet.
- Evaluate and modify system's performance.
- Exchange Enterprise Admin Center, Create exchange accounts and providing the support.
- Supervised and performed installation of new IT network equipment (Switches & Access Points).
- VOIP phone configuration using Avaya IP Office Manager.
- Installing & upgrading Security suits (Antivirus & Firewall) for the desktops and laptops of the company.
Responsibilities & Technical Experience: Providing IT service 2nd level support with agreed service levels (SLA) as following:
- Manage ticketing system and users requests by BMC REMEDY.
- Install, configure and optimize Windows operating systems 7/ 8.1/10.
- Monitoring, maintaining and supporting computers, laptops, Macs, printers and scanners.
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement solutions
- Application Support MS-Office / ERP/CRM/ MS AX/ third party software.
- Providing comprehensive mobile phone and tablet (Android & IPhone & IPad) support for the resolution of users’ incidents and problems.
- Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptops.
- 1st & 2nd level Support for POS / CCTV / Access control systems.
-Manage ticketing system by HP Service Manager for following-up service & incidents requests with agreed service levels (SLA).
-Remote Desktop Support and troubleshooting in Windows & Identifying, diagnosing and resolving network problems.
- Managing emails, anti-spam and anti-virus protection
- Website hosting and domain support.
