Working at PET Company for Packaging and printing materials.
(Extrusion, Thermoforming, and Printing)
Working as Production Manager (From January 2013 - Present).
Brief:
Started with the beginning of PET company, Built the Extrusion Production system, now PET Co. is the leader and the best Quality at Middle east, PET has the most important customers in the MENA Region Like McDonald`s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Nestle, Al-Maraie, etc…
• Section management that has Extrusion Production Line (SML)"which Produce sheet of (PET & PS)"with material recycle from extension unit (DECON) and (COMPACTOR) unit.
• Receipt of the line from Experts and have a direct training from them.
• Assembly and install production line.
• Built on the process for the production of documentary session.
• Organize workflow according to workload to meet delivery schedule and to complete assigned jobs.
• Review of the production plan before it is implemented in coordination with the Planning Department to maintain the highest productivity while maintaining delivery schedules.
• Make the decisions about the equipment use, maintenance, modifications then work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations to ensure the standard output.
• Monitor the Production process to ensure that they stay on schedule and correct any problem that may arise.
• Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency & performance are met or exceeded.
• Working on increase productivity and decrease a waste in production process.
• Making control of continuous process.
• Selection for the suitable materials for the production process in coordination with the quality department in accordance with system of the safety and health of food.
• Implement Quality programs such as QMS, GMP’s.
• Monitor Quality, accuracy, and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer requirements (customer expectation) are met through production of high quality material that meets customer delivery expectations.
• Liaise among different departments by working with managers to implement Company’s policies and goals.
• Determine the human & the material required for the production process to achieve production goals.
• Leading for production team (3 Engineers & 4 Technicians & 6 Labors).
• Schedule for production team to achieve the stability of the production process without stopping.
• Supervise, coach & motivate a team of workers, reviewing the performance of subordinates.
• Conduct training for production team.
• Follow up daily reports of Shifts.
• Prepare & maintaining the production reports and submitting them to higher officials.
• Research & development for PET products, and new fields of the company.
• Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14000:2015, OHSAS 18001: 2007, FSSC 22000 and BRC/ IOP.
• Applied GMP & Food defense program for the company
• Active member of food safety-HACCP, and Safety teams..
• Ensure that health & Safety guidelines are followed.
• Follow-up preparing materials for production process in the storage.
• Maintain a balance between inputs (raw materials) and output (product &Waste).
• Follow-up maintenance schedule and its requirements such as spare Parts.
• Do work orders to the number of tools required for the production process and follow-up.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Department to fix any Problem related to the equipment.
• Worked as night shift manager, full authorized to lead all the factory departments.
