Lead and drive 3 PL warehousing & distribution performance, achieving best in all levels of excellence,
continual improvement
Lead the preparation and consolidation of the warehouse budget and monitor expenditures to ensure
that activities and team expenditures are within the allocated budget to control costs and enhance
profitability
Optimize space availability through the development and implementation of efficient storage, tracking,
and retrieval systems such as FIFO or (FEFO) to minimize storage costs and ensure the ease of material
movement for the Modern trade (MT) and traditional trade (TT) clients
Manage quality control checks and inspections to ensure that all goods sent from the warehouse to
clients are as per client request and are not of inferior quality, damaged, or expired
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of warehouse systems
(WMS), processes, and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business
processes, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.

Coach subordinates, identify their training and career development, recommend training courses, and
follow up on their personnel records such as timesheets, discipline, vacations, leaves, and absenteeism
Support strategy required for the development and expansion of all current and future warehouse
requirements
Build organizational efficiencies & processes to cover multiple areas of the warehousing & distribution
cycle (capacity planning, capital spending, gap analysis, etc.)
Manage effectively and efficiently all project activities and resources (human, financial, physical assets, e
tc.) to meet expected results
Managed the Stock Inventory of PKR 115 million with 15, 000 SKUs, 2 million Qty’s and 270 K Orders Monthly
Managed the Space of 4000 Pallet positions in the warehouse with FBD products, order picking, Processing, Handling to the Last mile Team and replenishment.

Responsible for meeting the APL (Acceptable performance levels) and KPI (Key performance
indicator) as set forth in the contract performance of work statement.
Reviews reports and audits facilities regularly to ensure safety, health, security and sanitation
guidelines are met as per QMS Manual and make sure all the activities have been carried out as per
SOP’s.
Effectively implementation of Talent Management program to increase the competency, efficiency, and productivity of the staff, updating the training records of employees and responsible to nominate for OJT and in-house classroom training provided by the Agility Logistics University.
