Responsibilities:
To organize, manage and control overall supply chain activities to ensure uninterrupted products supply to meet the market demands in a cost effective manner.
Managed a team of 125 - 135 employees, fleet of 120 trucks, 2800 SKU’s of 6 main principals i.e. Mars, RB, L’Oreal, Holston, Americana & California Garden, and a sales volume of 89, 000 cases/day as per the SLA.
Achievement:
Increasing customer’s service level from 88 % to 95%
Increased and maintained OTIF upto 95%
Reduced market returns from 15% to 9%
3pl share reduced from 30% to 12%
Increase number of drops from 4 to 7 per truck

• Manage over 165 multinationals, locals and imports suppliers.
• Manage over 120, 000 SKU’s from different categories: groceries, cleaners & detergents, dairy and milk, personal care, infant needs, beverages, households, handicrafts and garments.
• Ensure stock replenishment for 32 superstores by collaborating with corporate offices, distribution team, and superstores, in order to maintain the “stock out” incidents to 5%.
• Improve and maintain overall stock accuracy to 94%.
• Forecasting and demand planning.
• Reduce inventory, increase turns and optimize safety stock.
• Performing product cost reviews, KPIs compliance, lead time and landed cost analysis.

• Successful Implementation of JDA’s Advance Store Replenishment, Advance Warehouse Replenishment and Warehouse Management System in all the 32 superstores of Bindawood, Danube and Etre Stores.

• Managed inventory (value of RS. 25 M), distributions & transportation to more than 700 different locations throughout Pakistan within time and budget, reviewing and analyzing sales and demands of each client & district.
• Retail Invoicing for Retail Stores/sub-customer and Sales Tax Invoices for main Customers.
• Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring inventory and ensuring sufficient stock holdings at Wholesales Business Centers, Mega Stores & Retail stores at all times.
• Studying the stock status of every store, working in consultation with the Replenish & District Managers on any territory related requirements.
• Manage Export shipments to Europe & Middle East etc as per customer order i.e. Quality, Quantity, Category, Packing, Labeling, Marking, Style id, shipping date & method.
• Effectively deal with fast / slow lines, new ranges and end of ranges and take corrective action.
• Ensuring price revisions is implemented in the stores and all barcodes affixed.
• Manage departmental budget, update Production/Status Report daily and Financial Claims Report monthly.
• Monitor freight costs and analyzes market rates to obtain the most competitive freight prices.
• Attend workflow meetings to plan strategy, discuss pertinent information and share best practices with teammates.
• Ensure that all SH&E legislation are adhered to.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and cleanliness in the department.

• My Achievement is to Manage Warehousing Operations and error-free distributions to huge networks of Servis, Borjan & Lark & Finch Retail/Mega Stores and Wholesale Business Centers etc as per client’s demand, reviewing sales and budget of each Customer/Retail Store and Whole Sale Business Centers.
• Successful implementation of ERP ORACLE-OM Module within the SERVIS Warehouse. The SERVIS Industries is the 1st footwear industry which has adopted the ERP with many critical scenarios.
• Manage In-bound and Out-bound logistics, warehouse operations, Cross-docking, custom clearance and transport fleet management.
• Direct the distribution and delivery process as well as develop and employ procedures that support cost and performance standards.
• Ensure that unexpected demands from internal and external customers are addressed and expedited immediately and provide a courteous response to their requests and make every effort to respond effectively & efficiently.
