● Administrating data loading issues (Sales batch) from site level to Head office level
● Functional support for Microsoft Dynamics Application
● Analyzing user needs and software requirements for determining feasibility of application development within time & cost constraints
● Developing new codes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of systems
● Facilitating implementation of the product including documentation and execution of standard processes
● Developing a rapid prototype by identifying third-party technologies, designing, architecting & integrating effectively
● Reviewing product design documentation for ensuring that requirements stated are correct, unambiguous & verifiable
● Consulting with product development team for evaluating system interfaces, operational requirements and performance requirements of overall system
