Independently handling Recruitment and HR Business Partnering of 11 divisions (including Telecom, IT, Trading and Support Functions): - Responsible for entire recruitment requirements of 11 assigned divisions and ensuring all positions are filled on time as per divisional requirements - Managing the whole recruitment cycle for assigned divisions right from position requisition, interview & selection, visa & documentation to on boarding & induction - Manpower Planning and Budgeting and ensuring SLAs are maintained - Preparing & maintaining monthly Resourcing Reviews, Relationship Management Reports and other related MIS Data - Formulating partnerships across the organization to deliver value added HR service to management and employees that help achieve the business objectives of the organization - Maintaining a high level of business literacy about the business unit’s core function, financial position, mid-range plans, culture and competition - Analyzing business unit trends and metrics in partnership with HR to develop solutions, programs and policies to improve HR’s contribution to the organization’s goals - Providing guidance and input on workforce planning, and succession planning - Acting as an employee champion and change agent. Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention - Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues. Conducting effective, thorough and objective investigations - Providing HR Policy guidance and interpretation Reports, MIS & Labour Law Updates: - Preparation & presentation of monthly, quarterly & yearly HR reports - Data preparation, analysis & presentation of varied HR related topics including attrition, productivity, manpower cost, headcount & labour trend analysis - Budgeting & manpower costing and planning - Updating company policies in line with Labour Law/ procedure updates HR Operations & Policies: - Payroll & Salary Management - Exit Formalities - Medical Insurance - Employee Relation Management - HR Manual & Policies Responsible for Emiratisation for Jumbo Group: - Ensuring adherence to government related quotas & guidelines - Relationship management with Tanmia, ENDP & other related government agencies - Recruitment, training & development of the Jumbo Emirati cadre - Grievance handling and issues addressal
