During my first year at MWOSO as an Official, I had so much to organize and so many details and projects that I was extremely overwhelmed. With the help Of Suraj Abraham, I am now confident and have the skills and knowledge I need to fulfill my position to the best of my ability, While working with Suraj, he explained the basic concepts and the governmental, required goals and workings of a small business, our non-profit. He is excellent at working hard, even without pay, at teaching and explaining in a way that makes one feel his equal. He does not talk down to his clients or co-workers although I know that his knowledge of business and customers exceed most people's capacity of knowledge on these topics. He explained and assisted me and other Officials with many of our problems that arose during expansion of our non-profit from just Kenya to world wide. He was readily available for any questions, calmly and with an educated response, led us through building a business from literally nothing. His decision making skills and his problem solving abilities are equal to none! Because of Suraj, his skills, his experience, his willingness to help not only me but our entire Officials and staff, we have been able to understand many business concepts and legal/governmental obligations, thereby avoiding any hardships due to failure in any of the areas Suraj advised and helped us establish. I would highly recommend Suraj Abraham for any position that has numerous responsibilities, is in charge of others at lower levels, even to promote him to a higher position than he is now. His skills would be an asset to any company fortunate enough to employ him.
