I joined Cranes Varsity as a Java Developer and gradually grew into a Senior Software Engineer role through consistent hands
on contributions and ownership of critical modules. I actively work as a Full Stack Developer, handling frontend and backend
development for LMS and CRM applications. Along with development, I manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate
requirements, ensure code quality, handle deployments and production support, and guide junior developers by providing
technical direction, code reviews, and best practices to deliver stable and scalable systems.

I started my professional career at Analyze Infotech as an Associate Java Developer, where I worked on both frontend and
backend technologies for web-based software solutions under the guidance of senior developers. Over time, I expanded my
responsibilities and grew into a Java Developer role, actively contributing to application development, feature enhancements,
bug fixing, and web design. This role helped me build a strong foundation in core Java, full-stack development practices, and
collaborative software development.
