1) Worked with HCL Comnet Ltd. (On site: Punjab National Bank (PNB) Disaster Recovery Data Center, Navi Mumbai, CBD Belapur.) since April 2011 to June 2012 date, as Senior Network Engineer.
Responsibilities at PNB includes but not limited to,
● Handling escalated issues from the L1 engineer's team. Verifying the work done and reports prepared by the L1 team.
● Installation & Maintenance of Lease Lines, VSATs & ISDN on Routers. IOS up gradation on routers and switches as per the requirement.
● Core DRS, zone and branch Routers (7600, 7500, 3800, 1800, 1700 series) and switches (Catalyst 6500, 6500E, 2900 series) configuration to meet client specific needs.
● Configuring 7200VXR and branch routers for IPSec Site-To-Site VPN connectivity between branch to core routers in DRS and Data center.
● Configuring routers to detect E1, T1, PRI cards in core router and then configuring the respective interfaces for leased line and ISDN connectivity.
● IOS up gradation in all routers and switches connected to ZO and NC as and when required.
● Configuring routing protocols like Static, EIGRP and BGP in the network.
● Configuring STP, PVSTP, Vlans, Inter-Vlan routing and Ether channel in the LAN network.
● Troubleshooting/Debugging ISDN, Leased lines issues. Troubleshooting network configuration issues and IPSec tunnel issues and routing issues and LAN issues happening in the network.

● Other Vendor supervision/Coordination as an NI (Network Integration) of the Project. Onsite/Offsite Technical support to customers.
2) Worked with HCL Comnet Ltd. (On site: Kotak Mahindra Bank, Network Operation
Center, Goregaon, Mumbai.) since January 2011 to April 2011, as
Network Engineer.
Responsibilities at Kotak includes but not limited to,
● Working on Cisco 7206 VXR with HSRP and SSO configured for redundancy as well as on Cisco 2800, 2600, 1841, 1721, 876 Routers and Cisco 3750, 2960 switches as well as D Link L3 Switches.
● Configuration of IPSec over GRE Tunnel for branches connected over MPLS VPN.
● Monitoring remote branches and ATMs with 'Orion Solarwinds'network monitoring server. Regular follow ups with service provider and users until the issues are resolved. Follow up with Kotak Mahindra Firewall team for port openings.
● Configuring routers for new locations and hardening the router as per ISO standard.
● Access to Data center for installing Cisco Routers, Switches for new connectivity or migration.
● Troubleshooting of OSPF routing issue as well as IPSec related problems
● Kotak Mahindra inter domain Network Address Translations for accessing respective internal servers.
● Coordination and management for any planned network related activity.
