Al Andalus Multi Complex Project -Hawally :
Project description: A multi-complex building with 23 floors, designed for a wide
range of services including cinema theaters, gym, clinics, office space, restaurants
etc and an estimated value of around KWD 18 million.
Activities done: Reviewing shop drawings, submittals including source approval,
material approval, checking the calculations, carry out material inspections, evaluate
site progress, monthly payments, etc.
Thermal storage system enhanced my skills in this field. MEP requirements of
different service areas was the most additional information attained from this project
RA 140 - Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al Sabah Causeway Project (Main Link):
Project description: Design, Built, Completion and Maintain project for a total
contract value of around USD 3.6 billion.
RA 140 will be the world’s 4th
largest bridge with a span of 36.14 km connecting
Kuwait City to Subiyah New Town Development. Project consist of 32 buildings,
distributed over Shuwaik, South Island, North Island, and Subiyah.
For HVAC, VRF system with heat pump was followed and it enhanced my knowledge
in this new field. Unique dehumidifiers considered in steel girders was also an
exceptional work
New Al Jahra Hospital Project
Critical information on heating system initiated by hot water fire tube boilers,
humidification and Sterilization system by steam boilers and steam generators was an
awesome exposure and very informative.
Al Jahra Court Complex Project

Understand the contract specifications and tender design drawings.
* Prepare shop drawings and attain approval from various stake holders.
* Estimate and evaluate quotations for materials and equipment.
* Quality and quantity inspection of the materials received at site.
* Coordinate with other MEP services.
* Supervise the work at site with reference to approved shop drawings.
* Ensure the installations of equipment are carried out as per manufacturer’s
recommendation and submit inspection requests for work done.
* Submit site progress status as per client request.
* Comply and account for the variations, done by the client or

Understand the Pre Engineering Building erection drawings.
* Ensure the availability of necessary material as per erection schedule by
crosschecking the Bill Of Materials and the erection drawings
* Monitor the erection work.
