 Planning, directing and maintaining an efficient warehouse operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to the warehouse. Managing the Warehouse of approx 1.5 lakh Sq ft for the Active and Infra Telecom Equipment.
 Organizing and managing incoming and outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of items.
 Evaluating and making recommendations related to development, implementation and enhancement of computerized inventory tracking systems.
 Inventory Analysis and identifying the SLOW/Non-moving inventory.
 ABC/XYZ analysis and inventory utilization planning.
 Write-off and Scrap disposal
 Import /Export Management and control
 Sales TAX including Road Permit/Inter-state permit /Octori/WPC License
