Planning, directing and maintaining an efficient warehouse operations; assigning and evaluating the work performance of personnel assigned to the warehouse. Managing the Warehouse of approx 1.5 lakh Sq ft for the Active and Infra Telecom Equipment.
Organizing and managing incoming and outgoing material activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of items.
Evaluating and making recommendations related to development, implementation and enhancement of computerized inventory tracking systems.
