Responsibilities
Human Resource Department
Daily operation of the Human Resource Department as follow,
• Responsible for the entire cycle of the recruitment process
• Manning budget preparation
• Staff rostering
• Payroll, overtime & Holiday payment
• EPF & ETF e-remittance
• Smooth operation of the HRIS system
• Staff attendance package
• Succession and career development planning
HRIS, Attendance & Payroll
Have in hand experience in following packages. Implement basis and operating basis
• Scienter
• Microimage
• DMIS
• hSenid
Training & Development
• Overlooking the training activities
• Handling soft skill training programs such as customer service & handling, motivation, team building ect.
• Good experience in organizing outbound training
• Coordinate with outside trainers and out sousing the required training programs.
Staff Facilities
• Manage the staff dormitory
• Daily operation of the staff cafeteria
Welfare & Related activities
• Budgeting of the staff welfare and CSR program
• Organize staff events based of the event calendar
• Handling CSR programs
• Awareness program to the surrounding communities
Department Head in Admin, Security & IT Departments
• In charge of the security of the entire subunit
• Handling day to day security operations
• Visa renewal, job permit process and expatriate related documentation
• IT Executive directly report to the HRM

• Labour Law and LT issues
• HR Policy & Procedures Manuals
• Preliminary & Domestic Inquiry
• LT & High Court appearance & Procedure
• Shop & Office employees act and related ordinance
