Managed and lead a team of Cluster Managers/Partnership Facilitators in achieving their Key Performance Indicators. Ensured development and fulfillment of PF’s work and development plans. Provided regular feedback and conduct performance reviews.
Identified and addressed barriers to CM/PF’s ability to effectively serve the role. Provided day-to-day support, counsel and coordinate CM/PF project assignments.
Worked collaboratively with the other teams and functions to ensure timely support to the CM/PF in turn to the projects.

Ensured the smooth functioning of the Zonal office.

Spearheaded budget automation, automated performance evaluation and business KRIs.

Provided consultation and technical advice for every implementing Partner in the cluster to accomplish Child Development and Sponsor/Donor Outcomes, facilitate internal and external resources to support them.
Conducted monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities for project partnerships.
Identified capacity needs of the implementing partner and the project staff and organize capacity building programs.
Ensured smooth functioning of the Partnership in the cluster.

Initiated need based and individual child focused budgeting, few sustainable program models.
Initiated resource mapping, mobilization and prudent utilization.
Initiated 2 new partnerships, revived 3 sick partnerships, concluded 4 partnerships with perennial issues.
Instrumental in revising the Program and Project Manuals
As Auditor, conducted operational audit of projects with a minimum of US$52000 fund flow per annum. At least 60 projects across India were audited every year.

Traveled to Compassion project sites to audit operational and financial systems, administration records, accountability procedures, staffing, planning, budgets, specific key result indicators, legal compliance and general management practices.
Developed and implemented monitoring and evaluation systems that are consistent with Compassion requirements in the tracking of Key Result Areas.
Reviewed Monthly and Annual Financial Reports and supporting documents for Projects. Notified the management on lapses and ensured action.
Notified the Senior Management team on the risky partnerships, follow-up and ensure logical conclusions.
