I completed my Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Amrapali Institute of Hotel Management. During my industrial training at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Courtyard by Marriott, I gained exposure to Front Office, Food & Beverage Service, and Housekeeping, which gave me a strong understanding of hotel operations and confirmed my passion for the hospitality industry.

After completing my diploma, I joined JW Marriott Bengaluru as a Food & Beverage Associate. Through consistent performance, dedication, and a strong learning attitude, I was promoted to Food & Beverage Executive within just 28 months. During this journey, I have developed expertise in Banquet Operations, All-Day Dining, luxury guest service, event management, SOP implementation, team supervision, and operational excellence.

My key strengths are leadership, ownership, adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. I enjoy motivating teams, mentoring colleagues, maintaining the highest service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. I strongly believe that leading by example and fostering teamwork are essential for achieving operational excellence.

One of the most significant achievements of my career was being entrusted as the sole Event In-charge for the BRICS international dining event at JW Marriott Bengaluru. This prestigious assignment involved end-to-end operational planning, cross-functional coordination, leadership under pressure, and ensuring flawless service delivery for distinguished international and VIP guests. Successfully handling this responsibility strengthened my confidence, decision-making ability, and leadership skills.

At this stage of my career, I am looking for an opportunity where I can take on greater leadership responsibilities, contribute to operational excellence, continue learning, and grow within a world-class hospitality organization. My long-term goal is to progress into senior Food & Beverage leadership, where I can lead large teams, drive business performance, and mentor the next generation of hospitality professionals
