 Understanding customer buying behavior.
 Highlight competitor activities.
 Provide effective leadership to the section team.
 Customer Service Desk audits.
 Ensure Customer Service Desk presentation.
 To ensure that the store environment is hygienic & safe for Customer.
 Be in coordination with category /store manager/Team leader /staff .
 Maintain all the documents for section SOP.
