Position : Sr. Accountant
Functions : Finalizations of Accounts and its Analysis includes:
Data Entry from voucher creation; Bank Reconciliation Statement,
Cash Flow Analysis (Actual & Projected),
Analysis of Accounts Receivables & Payables
Cost Analysis (Actual with Budget)
Break-Even Analysis, Ratio Analysis, Variance Analysis Etc.
Petty Cash Disbursement & its Reimbursement,
Receipts from Customers, Payment to Suppliers,
Work in Connection with Opening & Operation of L/C & L/G,
Necessary Provisions, Depreciations, Preparation of Payroll, Participation in Budgeting Program and Timely meet the requirements of the Managers in performing their Finance Functions.

Position : Accountant
Functions : Preparation of Final Accounts and its Analysis including
Bank Reconciliation Statement,
Cash Flow & Funds Flow Analysis (Actual & Projected),
Analysis of Creditors & Debtors,
Cost Analysis (Actual with Budget) , Sales analysis; Break-Even Analysis & Variance Report, Estimation of Fixed Assets Depreciation
Negotiation with Banks for Credit Facilities,
Opening & Operation of L/C & L/G,
Preparation of Annual Budget,
Petty Cash Disbursement & its Reimbursement,
Payroll Preparation and Disbursement of Salaries. Timely meet the requirements of the Managers in performing their Finance Functions.

 Handled Statutory Registrations such as Sales Tax, Income Tax, Estimation of Tax Returns
 Created a well defined Flow/procedures and documentation for clients books of accounts
 Legal assistance to the clients with in the circle of Indian Sales/Income Tax Laws.

• Collection of Quotations from Suppliers, Vendor Negotiation, Preparation of Purchase Orders, Preparation of Delivery Notes,
• Sales Invoicing, Collection follow up;
• Payments to Creditors on the Basis of Credit Period, Preparation and Issue of Statement of Accounts to Customers Preparation of Journal Voucher and Ledgers, Bank Reconciliation Statement,
• Timely provide the requirements of the Chief Accountant in performing Financial Functions.
