Travel management: configured all the processes involved in handling trips from Travel request, policies to Expenses and its settlement. There was the challenge to link employee requests to service orders. Normally this travel request is against one or more service requests from one or more customers. A link between the trip request number and the corresponding service orders was maintained thus integrating with Sales module.
The employee travelling to the customer sometimes collected payments from the customer. This payment may be in the form of a cheque or cash. In cases where payment of advance is in cash the employee uses it completely or partially for meeting his trip expenses, which was settled against the advance collected. Provided functions to enter payments collected against The Service Order and Trip request number.
Customer Account credited with the customer payment amount and Cash Account debited with the reference field as the service order number. Balanced the ledger with Cash Account credited with the customer advance and employee vendor account debited with reference to the trip request number
Integrated Travel man days spent with and weekly time sheet with Time management.
Linked the Taxation and payment processes while covering the request, planning and booking of trips, as well as the settlement of travel expenses and the transfer of settlement results Finance Journal
Involved in the Workflow and reports, that was linked with Travel Management processing, third party vendors and corporate credit card
Time Management: Configured WSR, Absence/Attendance types, mapped to Time quotas.
Personnel Administration: Set Personnel actions and Infotype menus, uploaded Master data
Organisational Management: Created Organisation Hierarchy. Integrated with Costing
Payroll India: Worked on India Schema, configured ESI, PF, PTax and Legal reporting. Integrated Payroll with Finance and paystubs
