• Ensure to conduct multiple levels of meeting and document any kind of change or impact for other functions to take over as project opportunity
• Carrying good knowledge in working with cross function team
• Interface coordination with various parties such as Consortium partner, Detailed engineering Sub-Contractor, Installation Sub-Contractor, third-parties agencies and Hook-up & commissioning agencies, Construction coordination, expediting engineering deliverables, resolving construction issues.
• Coordinating & expediting Technical interfaces between various engineering offices of the project design team and construction team
• Monitor status of interface agreements across project and provide regular updates to Project Managers where appropriate
• Planning and preparation of Telecom DCI (Document and Drawing Control Index) / Engineering deliverables.
• Motivate and guide project team members to achieve project detailed engineering schedules.
• Review / approval of engineering deliverables / document.
• Release of deliverables as per DCI / project schedule.
• Interfacing with other discipline for interdependent deliverables
