Job Responsibilities:
Prepaid sales Management:
The responsibility was in all aspects of prepaid sales in my cluster. I was the second level company contact point for retailers and distributors in Vellore cluster. The job includes responding to inbound communications from the sales team, retailers and distributors contact points and follow-up. Conducting Sales Camp and visiting the retailer premises frequently to ensure sales and retailer satisfaction on all factors. Also to ensure that retailers and distributor are updated on the new products provided by the company. To obtain feedback from retailers time to time and vary the parameters according as per retail need. Cultivate relationship with the retailers and distributors to achieving the monthly targets, as well as identifying new retailers. Drive retailers and distributors through implementation of company process and procedures. In summary, plan and implement various programs to improve productivity enhancement of Sales.

Operations Management: I was to take full responsibility of the prepaid sales in each distributor point under the Cluster. Responsibility included dissemination and adherence to processes, ensuring primary and secondary sales. Stock rotation in distributor level and retail level, Ensuring smooth transaction between distributor and retailers. Briefing & training of Front End Executives/Field Executives/retailers/distributors for all new product launches / Processes/ Systems etc, Close looping of retailers and distributors to ensuring the timely service and maximize sales from the particular territory. Ensure complete and proper documentation, address verification during fulfillment of all new customers at the retail outlets within the cluster. Informing to the company fast moving products and ensuring that product availability in market.
